When will my order arrive?
We will process your order within 1-4 business days. In case of special circumstances, we will contact you within a week.
We usually transport it in the form of air freight parcels .The goods will arrive within 7-15 business days after shipment but we cannot guarantee the condition of the package in transit so delays are inevitable.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping worldwide on orders over $120, otherwise you will need to pay $9.9 for shipping.
Please note: The conditions of free shipping may be adjusted depending on different activities.
How much do I have to pay in duties and taxes?
You will need to pay import taxes and duties in accordance with local laws and restrictions. These will not be shown as part of the final price at checkout.
If a package is returned or destroyed because you refuse to pay the duty, the resulting charges will be deducted from your order.

What should I do if I think my package is missing?
If the logistics information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, then please contact us within two months after the date of the receipt so that we can help you find the package. We will not handle the parcels after two months.
If the logistics of your parcel has not been updated for more than 10 days and you have not received it, please contact us so that we can verify the situation and deal with it for you.
