A clear return path
Returns & Refunds
Please contact SILK MAISON before sending any parcel. We will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.
Return window and condition
Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition and complete with tags and packaging. Hygiene-sensitive and customized items are not eligible unless required by applicable law.
How to request a return
- Email service@silkmaison.com with your order number, reason and photos if the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty.
- Wait for written authorization and the correct return address.
- Do not send a parcel directly to the sender or warehouse address printed on the package.
- Ship the authorized return within 15 days and email the tracking number.
Refund timing
After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is processed within 3–5 business days and returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 1–7 business days.
Costs and duties
For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return postage and any non-refundable duties or taxes. If SILK MAISON confirms an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, we reimburse reasonable return postage after review.
