We ship only to the destinations listed below. Countries not listed, restricted or sanctioned destinations, and destinations unavailable at checkout are excluded.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not processing days.

Shipping time

After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Customs review, carrier disruption and remote-area delivery may extend the estimate. Tracking is sent after dispatch.

Rates and free shipping

Standard shipping is US$9.90. Orders of US$120 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping to the supported destinations above. We currently offer one standard service; no separate express service is promised. The live checkout shows the applicable route and charge.

Customs duties & taxes

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
