Using this store

By using the SILK MAISON website or placing an order, you agree to use the store lawfully and to provide accurate information needed to process your order. You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Products and availability

Product images are for presentation; colours can vary by screen. Product descriptions, options, prices and availability are shown on each live product page and may change. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for that item.

Orders, payment and delivery

An order is accepted only after payment authorization and our order confirmation. PayPal is the direct checkout method currently presented by SILK MAISON. Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, rates and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Do not send a return before written authorization.
