We currently ship to: United States, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping time
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Carrier delays, customs review and remote-area delivery may extend this estimate.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is US$9.90. Orders of US$120 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Customs duties & taxes
Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Tracking
Tracking is sent after dispatch. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, contact service@silkmaison.com.
